Instant Pleasure (mother and child), 2016

Polystyrene, papier mâché, acrylic paint, varnish, 140 x 190 x 45 cm.

Sculpture in painted polystyrene to faint the patina of bronze. The form is a mix between a mother and child abstraction and a strapless strap-on. This work confronts on one hand the search for pleasure in a sexual relation with on the other hand a reproductive purpose (suggested by the celebration of the woman as mother).

The paint was made with the support of Rémi Lambert.
